Terms of use of the Pluvian panel
The panel at app.pluvian.uk is where the company runs its own work. These terms say who may use it and what it does with the company's QuickBooks data.

Who sets these terms
These terms are set by Pluvian Roofing Ltd, company number 17437580, a company registered in England and Wales. The registered office of the company is 47 Northcote Road, Croydon CR0 2HY.
The panel
What app.pluvian.uk is
app.pluvian.uk is the company's internal tool for running its enquiries, jobs, quotations and invoices. It is not offered to anyone outside the company.
It also receives the messages customers send to the company's WhatsApp number, through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
Accounts
Who may use it
Only people the company has given an account may use the panel. Each account belongs to one person and may not be shared.
QuickBooks
How the panel uses QuickBooks Online
The panel connects to the company's own QuickBooks Online account. It reads the accounting data held there, and it creates an invoice only when the director instructs it to.
Data from QuickBooks is used only for the company's own business. It is not sold, and it is not shared outside the company, except with the service providers that host and run the panel on the company's behalf. It is not used to train AI models.
