    HYDRONYLON Approved Contractor

    Certificate HAC-0007 · expires September 2028

An approval from the system's British distributor for the liquid-applied waterproofing system we install. It is what lets that system go into a specification under its own name, on the terms its distributor publishes. Confirmable with the issuer.

What the approval means for a customer, and the product guarantee behind ours, is explained on the liquid waterproofing page; how we install the system under it is on the approved installer's page.

Health and safety

Health and safety on site

  • Safety arrangements set down in writing for the company as a whole, so every job starts from the same rules.
  • Risk assessment and method statement prepared for each job, never a generic pair reused from the last site.
  • A hot works permit for each shift of torching, issued and closed out in line with the NFRC's Safe2Torch guidance.
  • The NFRC Safe2Torch pledge, which the company has signed: a public commitment to follow that guidance.
  • Site induction and a PPE register, so everybody on the roof has been briefed and their protective equipment is recorded.

Where a principal contractor is appointed, our job documents are written to fit inside its construction phase plan, and under CDM we act as a contractor within that plan.

Need the documents themselves?

The certificates, the policies and procedures listed above and the documents for a particular job go to a procurement team on request. Say which you need and for which project.

About the project (optional)

Drawings, specifications, schedules, reports or photographs - up to 10 files, 50 MB each. They go to us privately once your enquiry has arrived, and are checked for viruses before anybody opens them.

Documents need JavaScript, which is off in this browser. Send the enquiry as it is and we will ask for them, or put a link to them in the message.

Looking at your roof or your documents and pricing the work is free. A written condition survey with testing carries a fee, agreed before the visit and taken off the price of the work if you go ahead.

No specification yet? That's fine. We can start by looking at the roof and working out the right route.
